Shipping Delivery Times
Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 3-5 business days from when the order is processed. Priority orders must be placed by 3:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive in 2 business days from when the order is placed. Expedite orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 11:59pm Pacific Time (PT) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our center on the following holidays (UPS orders only):

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico we offer USPS (Priority), 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. All our shipping is still free of charge with USPS First class.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
International Global Shipping
Deliveries from the United States to Worldwide destination are Standard, most Provinces may take up to 2 –7 business days.
Remote areas may take additional 10-12 business days for rural locations where mail is randomly scheduled. Please check with the local logistics company in your designated area. Please note: there may be no delivery service in your area only pick up.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Any orders that are placed are "FINAL" if there is any inaccurate information or not clear shipping addresses, names, companies or any known or unknown description missing, this is to your own consent, this must be provided correctly and promptly with the most recent and accurate information for order summary being submitted.
Please be advise PINKLAB or its affiliates hold no responsibility for any international shipping item that is lost or stolen goods in any facility or transit operations by all logistics company.
If any item is lost or stolen, broken, misplaced a claim must be filed with a local logistics company for further inspection on the matter should be taken for further actions.
International Return EXCEPTIONS: Upon approval, we accept international returns within 30 days only. PINKLAB is not responsible for any return postage. Buyer is responsible for any return items and shipping costs. PINKLAB reserves the right to refuse any return at our own discretion.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
