Each PINKLAB® Bridal piece is made and personalized specifically for you. For this reason, all personalized and made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production has begun.

**You may request cancellation before your order enters production. 2 days. Once production has begun, your order becomes final sale.
